Rapid charging with Compleo

Compleo’s range of DC EV charge points is ideal for EV drivers who are time-poor and just need to charge and go. Offering charge speeds of up to 50kW Perfect for forecourts, retail parks, public car parks, fleet depots, car dealerships and hotels, Compleo offers an affordable DC charger for every need.

The Compleo CITO 500 is the brand’s solution to rapid charging and also allows for 22kW AC charging to be carried out simultaneously, therefore allowing the DC and AC charging of two electric vehicles in parallel.

Installation

With us, installation of your Compleo charge point is easy. Once we’ve confirmed your installation and we’ve sorted all the paperwork, we’ll organise a date and time that’s right for you. One of our friendly engineers will be in touch to let you know that they’re on their way and once arrived, will get to work installing your Compleo Charging unit.

Your engineer will install your charge point in the most appropriate place, taking into account your preference, the power supply and where you charge your vehicle(s).

Safety is our top priority. Before and after everything has been installed, your engineer will carry out the necessary electrical checks, ensure all cables are safely positioned and ensure all is working as it should.

We always provide a full demonstration and training on how to use your new Compleo charge point, in addition to some great tips on how to get the most your of your EV.

With our 24/7 inCharge Services, we ensure that your charge points are always in tip-top condition. We offer maintenance and full 24/7 monitoring of your entire charge point system to identify and fix issues efficiently and remotely, whenever possible.

Our expert team will notify you if your charge point is offline and can organise engineer call-outs, minimising your charge point downtime and improving your customer’s charging experience.
