Teltonika Energy has developed Teltocharge, a premium quality, easy-to-use and highly customisable charge point that’s ideal for both home and business use. Built to a high quality, the Teltocharge boasts a premium look with built-in smart charging features to save users time and money.
With up to 22 kW of charging capacity, compatible with all EVs, weather resistant and the ability to connect to your smart device for full control, the Teltocharge by Teltonic Energy is an EV charger that works great and looks good doing so, with five different colourway options.
Installation
The Teltonika Energy Teltocharge EV charge point is easy to instal in whichever setting. Whether that be a home, workplace or public charging installation. Once you’ve got in touch with the team, we’ll talk you through the next steps, sorting all the paperwork and supporting you in any government grant scheme applications. Once all is confirmed, we’ll find a date and time to suit you for the installation.
On the day, your engineer with let you know when they’re on their way. Once arrived, they’ll introduce themselves and get to work installing your new Teltocharge unit. Your engineer will work with you to find the best place for your charge point(s), taking into consideration the power supply, accessibility and personal preference. Our engineers are experienced and can mount your charge point on an external wall or post.
Once installed, your engineer will then carry out all the necessary safety checks to ensure your new Teltonika charge point is working as it should, and commission the system. They’ll then go about answering any of your questions and providing a full demonstration on how to use your new EV charger.
24/7 Managed Services
With our 24/7 Managed Services package we ensure that your home charger is in tip-top condition. We monitor your home charge point 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for energy usage and carbon footprint. We also look for any faults with your charge point and aim to fix them remotely whenever we can. And if an engineer is needed? We’ll be there within 4hrs – that’s a promise.
It’s why we’re the smart EV charge point company – we provide installation, monitoring, reporting and maintenance all in one.
